Your Responsibilities
- Supporting key account managers/trade representatives in processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations.
- Supporting the plant in order processing.
- Evaluation of quantity / price changes on the economic result of the company.
- Optimization of KPls and internal pricing processes.
- Creation of internal customer inquiries.
- Maintenance of internal documents (inquiry lists, price lists).
- Monitoring the price structure for certain customers.
- Reviewing the implementation of price adjustments negotiated by key account management.
- Entering and maintaining data in the assigned customer portals.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the RFQ process / maintenance of KPls.
- Support in maintaining the order book.
- Creation of customer-specific evaluations and statistics for key account management.
- Ad hoc analyses for sales management.
- Active participation in the optimization of processes.
- Support and direct contact person for sales in business management issues.
- Collaboration on projects to improve sales management.
- Evaluation and preparation of market data from databases.
- Regular business travel to Germany (Frankfurt, Bad Durkheim, Munich).
Our Requirements
- Commercial training with basic knowledge in the automotive sector (preferably wheels, tires, accessories).
- 2/3 years in a back-office environment.
- Language skills: English required, German – nice to have.
- PC skills: MS-Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Target orientation: Creates comparisons (past/today, target).
- Strategic thinking: Knows and understands the company's strategy, considers the long-term goals of the organization when evaluating information.
- High degree of team spirit.
- Works accurately, consistently and constructively.
