As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire personnel administration process. Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of tasks, as well as maintaining direct contact with Employees and Managers, are our key objectives that we will achieve together. Join Us!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing employee-related matters within personnel administration, including maintaining personnel files, preparing documents related to hiring and termination of employment.
- Providing support to employees and Managers in all HR-related matters, including recruitment and candidate evaluation.
- Maintaining and monitoring working time records, sick leave, vacations, and medical examinations.
- Entering and updating employee data in HR systems.
- Supporting payroll processing.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing onboarding plans and organizing the first day of work.
- Participating in recruitment processes conducted in both Polish and English and cooperating with recruitment portals.
- Creating, implementing, and improving HR tools and processes (performance management, employee development, recruitment, communication).
- Participating in local and international projects.
- Monitoring and working with HR metrics and KPIs.
- Preparing HR analyses, reports, and presentations for business needs.
- Administering internal systems related to business travel and leave management.
- Participating in the implementation, updating, and creation of internal HR policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, and related documentation.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing company and international environment.
- University degree (preferred fields: Human Resources Management, Psychology).
- Advanced English language skills are mandatory due to work in an international environment.
- Practical knowledge of labor law regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems (e.g., Egeria, SuccessFactors) will be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, experience, and independence in managing HR projects.
