Join our growing Finance Team and gain hands-on experience supporting accounting processes for German entities. If you have a background in Finance or Accounting, speak English (German nice to have), and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Stalowa Wola

What you'll do:

✅ Support daily accounting operations and invoice processing
✅ Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
✅ Participate in VAT and fixed assets processes
✅ Prepare reports and analyses for internal stakeholders
✅ Cooperate with auditors and support compliance activities
✅ Contribute to process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

✔ Degree (or final-year studies) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
✔ Initial experience in accounting, finance, SSC/BPO, audit or internships is welcome
✔ Good English language skills
✔ Good MS Excel skills
✔ Analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn
✔ Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Nice to have:

➕ Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
➕ Exposure to accounting or month-end closing activities

➕Good German language skills
➕ Knowledge of VAT, HGB or IFRS
