PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for the operation, application processes, curing processes, pretreatments, maintenance and improvement of the painting area equipment to meet the objectives of safety, quality, production, cost; in addition to coordinating and managing the personnel in charge.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanic engineering o related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a paint supervisor.
- Experience in the application process of electrostatic, powder and liquid paints.
- Pretreatment process.
- Masking design.
- Project management, lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement.
- New product introduction and APQP processes.
- Device design.
- Design Software.
KNOWLEDGE
- Analysis and Problem-Solving Techniques.
- Statistical Process Control Techniques.
- IATF16949 and ISO14001.
- Fanuc Robots.
- Drawings Interpretation.
- Knowledge of customer specifications (BMW, AUDI, FORD, GM).
