PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As part of the Shared Services Purchasing team, you will be responsible for identifying cost savings opportunities, developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and procuring timely solutions for goods and services such as transportation, cleaning services, patrimonial security services, special requirements among others. A customer centric focus and satisfaction mentality is a must, interaction with customers at plant level building will be part of the day-to-day operation, this is a fast-paced position were effective communication and solution-oriented actions are expected.
EDUCATION
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of professional experience in similar position.
KNOWLEDGE
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Excel intermediate of better a must.
- ERP knowledge, QAD system, ORACLE, (desirable).
ENGLISH
- Intermediate level.
- Must be able to conduct “business level conversations” with both suppliers and stakeholders.
