PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Supervise compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law, as well as to carry out the Human Resources processes.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE

5 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Proven experience in Labor Relations and conflict resolution.

Massive direct and indirect personnel hiring processes.

Management of HR Key indicator (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.).

Attention to personnel & Labor relations.

Administration of internal HR movements (transfer, vacancies, etc.).

Supervision of compliance with internal work regulations.

Participation in Human Resources projects.
