PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Develop, establish the molding process for each model to be produced. Ensures that production is carried out according to the established process. Must have a focus on continuous process improvement, seeking to meet and improve the company's objectives (safety, quality, productivity, cost).
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, mechanic, industrial engineering or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of experience in similar position in Low Pressure Casting Process.
- Standardization of processes and production systems.
- Launching of new programs.
KNOWLEDGE
- Use of tools such as PFMEA, control plans, repeatability and reproducibility studies.
- Aluminum transformation processes.
- Drawing interpretation.
