PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The AI Analyst will support the development and execution of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on manufacturing and plant operations. This role reports directly to Global IT and works closely with plant teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. This role is part of our global digital transformation strategy aimed at embedding AI capabilities into manufacturing operations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Data analytics, AI/ML, or related technical role (internships acceptable).
  • Tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar data/analytics platforms.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques.
  • Exposure to visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial processes (nice to have).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Basic understanding of automation tools (Power Automate, scripting, etc.).

ENGLISH

  • Advanced level.
