PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Lead and advise on labor matters, legal compliance surveys, ethics line processes and supports enforcing company policies and practices within the HR function.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources.
EXPERIENCE
- + 3 years of experience on similar role.
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
ENGLISH
- Advanced level.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Spanish and English.
